Terms & Conditions

(Applicable to GBulktrips, Cruizeorail Services

1. General

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings, inquiries, and transactions made through our platforms or representatives.

2. Services Offered

• GBulktrips: Bulk travel solutions, group bookings, B2B travel services

• Cruizeorail: Cruise and rail holiday packages

3. minimum advance payment is required to confirm any booking.

• Full payment must be completed before the commencement of travel unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, and supplier revisions.

• Payments once made are subject to cancellation policies.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges will apply as per supplier policies (hotels, airlines, cruise operators, etc.).

• Service fees charged by us are non-refundable.

• Refund timelines may vary (typically 15–45 working days depending on vendors).

• No refunds for no-shows, unused services, or last-minute cancellations.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate personal details (passport, visa, ID proof).

• It is the client’s responsibility to arrange valid travel documents, visas, and insurance.

• Clients must comply with local laws, health regulations, and travel guidelines.

6. Pricing & Inclusions

• Package prices include only the services explicitly mentioned in the itinerary.

• Any additional services (meals, excursions, transfers, upgrades) will be charged extra.

• Government taxes, visa fees, and personal expenses are not included unless specified.

7. Liability & Limitations

• We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, cruises, transporters).

• We are not liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party providers

  • Loss, injury, accidents, or damages during travel

  • Natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure situations

8. Changes & Modifications

• Any changes requested after booking confirmation may incur additional charges.

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to operational or external factors.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural calamities

• Government restrictions

• Pandemics

• Strikes or transport disruptions

10. Advertising & Marketing Services (if applicable)

• Marketing services (Social Media, Ads, Campaigns) include only agreed deliverables.

• Creative content (videos, designs) must be provided by the client unless separately contracted.

• Results such as leads, conversions, or ROI are not guaranteed, as they depend on multiple external factors.

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and materials provided by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
